Role Responsibilities: Plan, oversee, and manage activities to guarantee successful project delivery.
Conduct regular project evaluations and manage client expectations while liaising with design teams.
Oversee the allocation of resources, personnel, subcontractors, and materials to meet project requirements.
Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and technical experts to ensure timely and quality completion in line with contracts.
Ensure compliance with the company's Quality System, engineering specifications, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Achieve key goals related to project timelines, budget control, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Project Management role within the construction industry.
A degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
Strong business acumen, with solid financial and commercial expertise.
Experience managing public sector construction contracts is preferred.
Proven track record in overseeing the construction of residential developments.
Knowledge of quality assurance and safety management systems Ability to drive projects forward and meet strict deadlines.
In-depth understanding of Health & Safety regulations specific to Irish construction sites.
