If you have a passion for delivering high-quality results and ensuring excellence in software development, this role is for you.As a Project Manager with QA and Testing Experience, you will work in dynamic client environments, overseeing the successful delivery of projects and deliverables while advising on all aspects on Quality Assurance and Testing.
Your technical expertise in QA and testing will allow you to ensure that solutions are delivered with high quality, reliability, and efficiency.Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.Grade: Manager/Associate DirectorContract type: PermanentYour key responsibilities as part of the team:Own and manage your deliverables / workstream and/or project.Always ensure high quality work outputs.Work closely with the team and client to ensure client expectations are met, and there is alignment and integration across the team.Develop and mentor junior colleagues.Help identify opportunities on existing clients, and support market engagement activities, bid response Help develop our Quality Assurance and Engineering offering and practice.
Embrace new challenges.Your experience, skills, and capabilities:5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and software testing.Strong technical understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with specific experience in integrating QA/testing throughout project phases.Insights and experiencing in advising clients on establishing a QA capability / building a QA strategy which best suits their organisation.Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and processes (, test automation, test case management, defect tracking).Deep understanding of QA best practices, including test strategy development, test planning, test execution, and defect tracking.Clear understanding of how new and emerging technologies impact Quality Assurance approach and executionHave a passion for Testing and Quality Assurance, but also be capable of managing and delivering projects without a test remit.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget, in both agile and waterfall environments.Demonstrable experience of experience working with and being able to engage with stakeholders (internal and external, business and technical) Be comfortable with working in projects and environments where you need to learn new technologies and/or in areas outside your area of specialism.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Working knowledge of project tools including not limited to MS plan, Asana, Jira, DevOpsTechnical product knowledge, including product knowledge such as SAP, CRMProactive, engaged and driven mindset.
