My client within the Property sector in Kildare has a requirement for a qualified accountant with strong financial and management accounts preparation. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for the preparation, analysis, and presentation of accurate financial and management information reports.
About Your New EmployerWell establishedStrong work-life balanceVaried roleAbout Your New JobPrepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.Prepare VAT returns and assist with tax compliance.Reconcile bank accounts on a daily basis and manage cash flow effectively.Liaise with external auditors during the annual audit process.Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.Process payroll for all staff accurately.Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations.Handle payroll queries and resolve any discrepancies promptly.Ensure all payroll taxes and deductions are calculated correctly and remitted timely.Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results to senior management, Board of Directors, and external stakeholders and regulators.Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring the company's financial practices remain compliant.Participate in special projects and initiatives as required, including system implementations and process improvements.What Skills You NeedQualified Accountant with 2 years or more PQE.Strong accounts preparation.Strong Excel skills.Experience in the construction or property sector.What's on Offer€70k - €75k with benefits.Please note for all my roles you must hold a valid visa to work in Ireland.
