Property Inspector

McGinty Property Services is a well established company with a head office in Galway.
We specialise in Vacant property inspections based in Galway, Mayo, Sligo, Leitrim, Roscommon, Donegal and Clare.
Role Description: The role entails carrying out detailed inspections and the completion of a digital report with photos of the property done on site.
The role will require some travel (3 - 4 days per week) to cover the above locations, a full drivers license is required.
The Property Inspector will also be required to carry out general maintenance and at times assisting other maintenance staff.
Due to the route, there may be a requirement to stay overnight once a fortnight if required.
Requirements: Full drivers license Good English and basic computer skills The ability to use a drill and other basic tools would be an advantage Benefits: Great opportunity to learn and develop additional skills.
