Qc Materials Team Lead

Hobson Prior is seeking a QC Materials Team Lead to oversee the materials team and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for product and material quality control.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team, reviewing documentation, and supporting the quality control process.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Responsibilities: Manage and support the materials team.
Review and approve quality control documents.
Ensure timely release of products and materials.
Plan and assign tasks to team members.
Oversee the inspection and release of incoming materials.
Ensure proper training and documentation standards.
Support quality control improvements and training.
Communicate effectively within the team and with other departments.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Skills and Requirements: Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and quality management.
Problem-solving and leadership skills.
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.
Professionalism and effective communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
