Job Summary We have an excellent opportunity for the Quality Technician to join our team based in Dublin 15 on our Evening Shift, Monday to Thursday 15:15 PM to 23:15 PM, on Friday 14:15 to 21:15 PM.
To enhance the capabilities of the QA Department by providing administrative and technical support to the Quality Engineer.
Key Responsibilities and End Results Prepare visual aids.Assist the Quality Engineer or Quality Technician in the engineering function.Prepare the raw data for analysis.Help to do the routine process and product audit.Follow up on the new product introduction and experiment.Monitor the SPC status of related area.Review the defect sample and check the purge process.Help to set up quality data collections and visual aids in MES (Manufacturing Engineering System) for new products.Follow up the execution of DA, ECN and CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action).Review non-conformance material and products.Person Specification: Computer literate with intermediate/advanced MS Office skills.Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.Strong planning & organisational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in the English language is a requirement alongside eligibility to work in Ireland.Proven ability to meet deadlines.A "can do" work ethic with excellent problem-solving skills.Job Specifications Essential Criteria: Minimum Leaving Certificate required or equivalent. May substitute experience in lieu of educational requirements.Minimum level of Quality Inspector III.Good knowledge of Quality process, GMP and GDP.Good knowledge and understanding of Lean Methodologies.Good knowledge and understanding of containment process.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Desired Criteria: BS/BA degree in Manufacturing Technology / Mechanical Engineering / Electronic / Electronics / Mechatronics.Experience in electronic manufacturing environment is highly desirable.Experience in leading process improvements / lean manufacturing activities in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
