Primary Responsibilities: Product Development: Design and re-formulate nutritional products for TPM sites to meet regulations and market requirements. Formulate new premixes and support ingredient qualifications.
Documentation Development: Draft and revise documentation for new and existing products, create raw material specifications, and prepare investigation and stability protocols.
Technical Expertise: Assess new suppliers and ingredients, draft finished product testing requirements, and provide technical support for market affiliates, medical safety, and regulatory affairs.
Project Activities: Develop project scope, trial, and budget requirements, create test plans, and provide technical leadership in project meetings.
Stability Data: Maintain and oversee stability data for TPM products, ensuring compliance and cost-effective testing.
Requirements: Educational Background: BSc in food science or engineering preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in formulation and manufacturing processes of powder and liquid nutritional products.
Technical Skills: Proficient in developing and documenting product specifications and protocols.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on compliance with regulatory and product design requirements.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20%.
