Rapid Responder Healthcare Assistant – The RoleEffectively deal with emergency on-call issues, for example, covering calls either directly when Care Workers are sick or absent.Carry out all instructions relating to the direct care of clients as per Home Care Plan.Always contribute to the protection and well-being of clients.Provide medication prompting as per Home Care Plan.Provide help with personal care, showering, and toileting.Preparing meals and light household duties.Document any care given and any issues of concern and report as appropriate and as per company policy.During quiet times support supervisor with their role.Compassion, good communication, and organisational skills together with a calm and caring manner are vital for this important role in our company.
