Are you a Receptionist looking for a new opportunity?
We're seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join a thriving professional services firm in South Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing company and be the face of the organisation.
What will I be doing?
Greet and welcome visitors, providing a professional and welcoming first impression.
Manage incoming calls, directing them efficiently and professionally.
Coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring they are well-prepared and stocked for every meeting.
Assist in the organisation of internal events and meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing post, liaising with delivery companies.
Support the Facilities Management team and address any issues promptly.
Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed.
Issue security passes for office visitors and staff.
What is required of me?
Proven experience in a front-of-house or receptionist role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Full working authorisation in Ireland.
