As a result, our people get to enjoy working on some of the most exciting projects in the world.Job DescriptionReporting SupportThe Reporting Support shall be responsible for assisting the Reporting Lead with the review and development of a performance and reporting framework, including the development of processes and procedures, systems and controls and reporting templates to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of the performance of the project.The role holder shall support in ensuring that the performance and reporting framework is being complied with across the project, including by the Project Delivery Partner and other appointed contractor(s) and will also ensure that reporting deliverables and associated performance analysis are of a high quality.
The Reporting Support will also help establish Key Performance Indicators (KPls), overseeing the capture of programme data as well as performance reporting.
Furthermore, the Reporting Support will be required to embed a focus on continuous improvement and best practice reporting to drive a high performing programme delivery and the achievement of key success metrics.10+ years' experience in project reporting with at least 5 years' experience performing reporting activities across the project lifecycle through to completion in high value metro rail projects or projects of a similar scale / complexity.Additional requirements:Management information analysis, presentation and requirementsReporting tools and applications:Microsoft tools (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)Business Intelligence (Bl) tools , Tableau, MS Power BlCost management systems, financial managementIndustry recognised publishing toolsRelevant reporting with substantial experience in data visualisation and analysis techniquesProject controls designSkills:The Reporting Support will be required to possess the following skills:Good influencing skills to manage and motivate teams in support of delivery of high risk, value and complex project and programmesAbility to coordinate and organize multiple sources of reporting inputs / performance data and deliver project/ programme reports as requiredAn ability to work effectively in a team environmentExcellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsAbility to govern and drive outcomes to ensure high quality serviceQualificationsBA Hons, supply chain, procurement, quantity surveying, business, or related discipleMSc or equivalent in a related disciplineAdditional InformationWhat we offer you:Full timeCompetitive remuneration and attractive range of benefits8% Pension25 days Annual leave (23 days + 2 company days)Opportunity to work on impactful and innovative projectsCareer development opportunities both in Ireland and globallyOpportunity to work with a diverse group of talented and collaborative colleaguesAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
