As a Resiliency Analyst you will be provide proactive situational awareness by globally monitoring and analyzing time sensitive information from multiple sources such as internal tools, government, feeds, and traditional/social media channels.
Working alongside the Global Crisis Management Program you'll be responsible for coordination and communication of incidents, events, and crisis that impact UHG people, property, and reputation.

Working Schedule: This is a full-time position with working hours of Monday to Friday from 6am to 3pm.
Employees are part of an on-call rotation to handle incident calls and risk monitoring from Friday at 4:30pm - Sunday at 4:30pm (US Central Time) and some Holidays.
Primary Responsibilities of the Resiliency Analyst:• Creates daily and weekly reports, providing actionable intelligence to support effective decision making by business leaders and Enterprise Global Crisis Management Team.• Outreach to local and Segment leadership to make them aware of potential risks and determine support needs.• Triage & assess incidents to determine the need to escalate events to the GCM Leader.
Manage incidents through resolution with appropriate stakeholders.• Supports GCM Leaders during events and crisis, setting up meetings, documenting notes and decisions, gathering data, sending emergency communication, and updating program tools.• Responsible for portions of the GCM Program Administration documenting best practices, procedures, and job aides.• Develops and provides training to GCM stakeholders on tools and process changes.• Leads or participates on projects that support improvements of GCM processes and tools.• Provide 24/7 On-call support during and after normal business working hours.
This may include gathering time-sensitive information needed to develop situational awareness and support decision making.• Demonstrates exceptional organization, attention to detail and communications skills, including the ability to listen effectively, understand varied business concepts, and effectively communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.• Utilizes excellent presentation skills to interface with senior leadership.You will be rewarded and recognised for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications of the Resiliency Analyst: • Strong proven experience in incident response, crisis management, emergency management, business continuity, intelligence analysis.• Experience working within a command/operation's center environment.• Knowledge or experience of Salesforce, Emergency Mass Notification Systems, Geospatial Situational Awareness tools, MS Office.
