This role is being offered as a 23-month contract Our Retail Banking Team The Retail team has responsibility for the management and development of the Bank's consumer and SME banking strategy, proposition, and product portfolio (covering lending, deposits, savings, cards, insurances, daily banking, and payments), delivering a market leading strategy that will ensure sustainable profitability and growth for AIB and meet the needs of customers.

Our graduate opportunities match the broad and diverse nature of our customers with roles in product management, proposition strategy, portfolio management, governance, in addition to, customer facing roles in person, by phone and via digital channels.

Our graduates work and rotate across some of the following key areas of the Homes; SME; Consumer Banking (includes branch network); Products; Portfolio; Governance; and Wealth.

Entry Requirements: Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of Ireland) is a prerequisite for those joining the AIB graduate programme. The Closing Date for applications to this programme is 05/01/2025.
