Description: Understand the Reseller partners' supply chain model & market dynamics.Prompt resolution of delivery & logistical issues encountered by partners or cross-functional teams.Hold regular reviews with partners, Sales, and Reseller Operations account managers (CSAMs).Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.Represent the voice of the customer in cross-functional interactions especially with Logistics and logistic carriers.Utilise reporting to identify trends and address pro-actively.Drive increased Reseller and logistic carrier self-service.Work on own initiative, to capture and disseminate information needed to make decisions and drive the business.Ensure adherence of key Resellers' contractual requirements.Minimum Qualifications: Good prioritization & time management skills.Meticulous attention to detail & ability to drive flawless execution to tight deadlines.Excellent social, influencing, commercial & organisational skills.Practical & focused approach to problem solving and process improvement.Ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others in sensitive situations.Ability to build effective and influential relationships in a cross-functional team environment.Preferred Qualifications: Relevant operations experience.Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate, analyse and present data to a broad audience, coupled with good business savvy.Solution-oriented analytical planning skills.Strong work ethic, perseverance, and flexibility.Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
