Sales/Account Manager Connaught/Ulster Permanent Job Description: CREGG have recently partnered up with a leading and growing company within the renewable energy space, to source candidates for a Sales/Account Manager position on an exclusive basis. Our clients mission is to reduce carbon footprints and energy costs while enhancing energy independence for their residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The Sales/Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the area is being serviced well. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies specific to the Connaught/Ulster region, aligned with overall company objectives. Identify new business opportunities and expand the companys customer base within the region. Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth in the assigned territory. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the Connaught/Ulster region. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of service. Market Development: Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies. Gather and analyse market intelligence to identify potential growth areas. Represent the company at local industry events, trade shows, and community engagements to enhance brand visibility. Sales Operations: Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and agreements for customers in the region. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, providing regular forecasts and reports to senior management. Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for regional sales initiatives. Requirements/Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the renewable energy or technology sectors. At least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably with regional responsibility. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive growth in a competitive market. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
