Working at one of Irelands leading suppliers of healthcare equipment my client currently needs a Sales Manager for a Team of seven In-House Telesales Executive Your Team will consist of both in-house Account Managers and New Business Development Telesales Executives. You dont need to have a detailed background in healthcare sales, but it would be an advantage, you do however need to be coming from a B2B Sales background, with an established track record of managing In-House Sales Teams APPLY TODAY Sales Manager / In-House Sales Management / Telesales Manager / Sales Leadership / Healthcare Sales / Client Support / Kerry / Ireland Job Title: Sales Manager Office: Co. Kerry Team: (7) In-House Telesales Team Package: Permanent / Full Time € - Basic (Dependent on Experience & Open to Negotiation) Bonus (20% of Basic Salary) Annual Profit Share Pension Employee Assistance Programme Life Cover Active Sports and Social Club Paid Annual Leave (24 Days Plus Public Holidays) Role: The Sales Manager will lead the Commercial Solutions Team and you will have the ability and ambition to develop the business. You will lead and maintain a high-performance culture, fostering an environment of collaboration and openness. You will need to be commercially astute, results driven and with great sales leadership & organisational skills. Duties: Business Development: Investigate new business opportunities, which will create value, target customers and create demand for our products Proactively keep up to date with developments in the industry, looking for opportunities for the business Optimise new market opportunities Develop strong, ethical business relationships with customers which ensures usage of our products Sales: Show ownership and accountability in the execution of sales strategy Guide the Sales Team to deliver agreed revenue / GP and profitability targets and to manage team sales targets Work with the Sales team to embed a high-performance culture which values continued professional development and personal accountability Teamwork: Facilitate and maintain a high-performance sales culture to ensure the achievement of business goals Carry out performance reviews for the team, including annual appraisal and regular interim reviews Establish KPIs and set SMART objectives for the team in order to execute the agreed plan and strategy Provide constructive and relevant feedback to the team on their performance from a KPI and behavioural perspective, providing appropriate coaching and support where there are performance concerns Develop the team's commercial awareness by coaching, motivating, involving and inspiring others, winning their trust, support and commitment Empower others to achieve optimum results Experience: 5-8 Years B2B Inside Sales Experience 2-3 Years Sales Management Experience A track record of working in a Target Driven environment Specific experience within Healthcare an advantage but not essential Personal Characteristics: Sales focused with communication & influencing skills at an advanced level Ability to create a positive impact and convey confidence and credibility to others in a Commercial Environment Driven by a desire to succeed and a work ethos to match The Motivation to overcome setbacks and rise to a challenge The ability to motivate and inspire those around you If you would like to be considered for this fantastic opportunity, follow the links below and send me your CV.
