Scanning Operator

Main purpose of the role:Ensure the store`s scanning systems are operated efficiently and effectively at all times and provide accurate and timely information to management.
The ideal candidate will have/be:- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)- Excellent communication skills- Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs- Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and Imaginative- Ensure integrity of product information and pricing- Print required daily reports and take appropriate action- Manage pricing and setup of in-store promotions- Ensure backup of systems are completed daily- Ensure the correct cost price is against local suppliers- Understand the importance of the role and how it can impact on the store- Attend relevant training as required and implement learnings in store.
