Scheduling Administrator Our client, a long established & highly regarded provider of technical equipment & engineering services to the multinational sector, have now engaged with us in CPL to help them recruit an experienced Scheduling Administrator to join their technical services team on a permanent basis.

The Job:
As a key part of the Technical Services team, the successful candidate will coordinate workflows & projects for service engineers & technical staff across Ireland, as well as supporting their corporate client base with their needs. More specifically, this will include duties such as:
Scheduling maintenance & installation visits to client sites.Responding to urgent client queries.Assisting field-based colleagues with scheduling product deliveries.Maintaining accurate stock/inventory databases.Reviewing service reports.Collating client feedback.Performing quality control reviews on documents.Your Skills/Experience that we need:
3rd level degree qualified ideally.2-3+ years' relevant experience in managing corporate clients & scheduling.Experience in a technical/engineering or manufacturing environment would be an advantage.Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues & clients at all levels.Strong IT & reporting skills.The Offer:

This role will be 5 days office based in Limerick city.
