Shifts will be agreed in advance and there may be opportunities to pick up extra shifts where available.
Key dates include Christmas Eve, our first day of Sale on Friday 27th December 2024 and may include working Saturday 28th December 2024.

About the Role:To be a successful Seasonal Support Team Member you will work across the sales floors and in our stockrooms to offer fast and friendly service.
Working alongside the instore team you will support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues and managersSales floor work includes: Offering fast and friendly service at all times, helping our customers to find the perfect products Speedy parcel pick up service Helping get stock to the sales floor as quickly as you can Keeping the sales floor looking fantastic and easy to shop from Stockroom work includes: Accurately processing stock quickly to the highest standard, such as scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, putting stock away Locating, packing and promptly transferring stock in and out of store Meeting deadlines to always deliver to our customers at the promised time Keeping all back areas of the store clean, tidy and organised We'll offer amazing benefits, see list further below About You: A great communicator who is friendly, calm and efficient – even on your busiest days Excited about the challenge of a varied and fast-paced job Flexible, supportive and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and our customers You take pride in your work and approach all tasks with energy, pace and dedication Happy to work on your own and keep yourself busy to achieve all performance targets You take pride in your appearance, understanding first impressions count What's NextAs part of your application you will be required to complete an online assessment.
This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment.
