Senior Business Development Manager (Team Lead)

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) to take the next step in their career by transitioning into a Team Lead role.
In this position, you will spend 80% of your time focused on closing your own sales, while also supporting your team members in achieving their goals.
You will act as a mentor and leader, ensuring the team delivers exceptional results while maintaining your own high-performance standards.
Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development (80%): Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract closures to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns and generate leads.
Team Leadership and Support (20%): Provide guidance and support to the Business Development team, helping them navigate challenges and close deals effectively.
Share best practices and strategies to enhance team performance.
Act as a point of escalation for complex client issues or negotiations.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to align team goals with organizational objectives.
Provide regular feedback on team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Business Development Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex client interactions.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
