Senior Commercial Coordinator (Hybrid) Salary:  €35,000 - €55,000 DOE Location:  Kilkenny or Dublin Hybrid working model  | Laptop and mobile provided We are a leading innovator in Telecommunications, powering the future of gigabit networks.
As a  Senior Commercial Coordinator , you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of cutting-edge networks that connect communities and businesses across Ireland and the UK.
What You'll Do: Build and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders.
Provide commercial support across teams, including Finance and Operations.
Maintain commercial database including downloading PowerBi Revenue and Cost reports and issuing them in the required format to the Senior Management Team (SMT).
Manage project finances, invoicing, and supplier payments.
Manage all commercial aspects of assigned projects, including supplier payments, through Proformas and Client invoicing, through our Application for Payment (AFP) process Track and report on project expenditure and performance metrics.
Be key stakeholder in continuously monitoring the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities& Threats of each commercial function within the delivery of agreed Milestones including assisting with maintaining the Project Risk Register and tracked projected Revenue versus Actual on a monthly basis Oversee contract management and maintain detailed commercial records.
What You'll Need: Experience in commercial administration, procurement, or financial analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with ArcGis or similar cloud-based mapping platform Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Aware of the need for effective cash management and the importance of complying with internal and external timelines to ensure effective and efficient payment cycle compliance.
Collaborative, with the ability to work across multiple departments.
