We are seeking a Senior Graphic & Video Designer to join our dynamic team and bring the visual identities of the Aran and Weavers of Ireland brands to life across a variety of platforms.
About the Role In this fast-paced and rewarding position, you will play a central role in shaping our brands' presence online and beyond.
From creating stunning advertisements for platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest to designing email newsletters and website banners, you'll ensure our visual communications captivate and convert.
As a brand custodian, your work will uphold and evolve the Aran and Weavers of Ireland brands while delivering impactful designs that resonate with our audience.
What You'll Do Design eye-catching image and video ads optimised for platforms including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, and more.
Create visually engaging email newsletters and website banners to drive customer engagement and sales.
Update and edit website imagery in alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce teams to develop cohesive, impactful campaigns.
Maintain a working knowledge of Shopify or BigCommerce to support website updates.
Act as the brand custodian, ensuring all creative outputs align with established brand guidelines.
Handle multiple projects in a high-pressure environment while maintaining exceptional quality and meeting deadlines.
Stay ahead of design trends and platform-specific best practices to keep our creative assets fresh and innovative.
Support Aran and Weavers of Ireland stores with marketing materials, signage, and point-of-sale displays.
What You'll Need A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic and video design with a portfolio showcasing ads, email campaigns, and branding projects.
Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva.
Experience creating platform-specific designs, particularly for social media and digital ads.
Knowledge of Shopify or BigCommerce is a plus.
Excellent video editing and motion graphics skills.
A strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition.
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
