The project:
The project is located in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15. The project is on an existing data centre campus, upon which phase 1 has already been completed. Mace have been contracted to construct phase 2, known as DUB01EX; the project consists of two data centre buildings with an integral administration block, along with three energy centres housing generators, fuel storage, electrical infrastructure, and a combined services buildings. New car parking spaces, roads and landscaping will also be provided.
