Description: Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior QA Process Automation to create, implement, and maintain QA automation framework, and Engineering testing best practices across our Engineering teams (Squads).
What are the minimum requirements you need for the role? 5+ years' experience in a senior role and 3+ years using the following technologies:C#SeleniumSpecFlowNUnitJMeter or similarLocust or similarNice to have: OctopusKubernetesAzure PortalWhat is your role and your responsibilities? Ensuring the QA Process Automation team is managed, aligned, and used to secure consistent delivered quality without negatively impacting delivery timelines.Ensuring automated and manual (minimal) testing is performed for our products and work towards full coverage as per the framework.Create, implement, and maintain performance, load, and stress testing to integrate and complement our QA framework.Ensuring the Release Candidate is fully compliant with the QA framework throughout its release cycle.Ensuring QA process automation engineering skills and resources are aligned and developed across all the squads.Responsible for ensuring that key metrics are defined, documented, and managed to optimise QA performance, coverage, and drive continuous improvement.Ensuring all QA automation practices adhere to regulatory and security standards.Enabling capability uplift by collaborating with other accountable members of the Technology team to achieve agreed goals/targets.Managing, controlling, and measuring initiatives against assigned budget, resourcing, and schedule.Reporting and communicating effectively on progress against detailed project plans, including leading critical issues, risks, and dependencies, reporting any variances in budget and schedule as early as possible.Building strong stakeholder relationships and maintaining effective communication channels.Being familiar with and adhering to the development methodology of choice such as agile, scrum, waterfall.Communicating clear priorities, activities, and desired outcomes and ensuring appropriate and fit-for-purpose governance, prioritisation, and decision-making is in place.Developing OKRs for direct reports and regular reporting of same to monitor overall performance and to ensure tracking against achieve desired outcomes.Upholding Carne's key cultural and operating principles.Performing other duties and responsibilities as required.What Competencies do you require?
