Senior Quantity Surveyor (developer) - Limerick - €120K New opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Property development company in Limerick, Ireland.
They have over 40 years of experience delivering quality developments in Ireland, UK and Europe.
Duties include: Prepare feasibility studies: The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth feasibility studies to assess the viability of potential projects.
Manage planning applications: They will oversee and manage planning applications, ensuring that all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted on time.
Managing the land bank: The role includes managing the land bank, keeping track of available land, and making strategic decisions regarding its use.
Negotiate with the construction team (internal): The candidate will be expected to negotiate with our internal construction team to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
Prepare cashflows: They will be responsible for preparing detailed cashflow projections to support ongoing and future projects.
Cost reporting: The role also involves regular cost reporting, providing updates on expenditure and budget status to stakeholders.
Part V negotiations: The candidate will manage Part V negotiations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and securing agreements that are beneficial to the company.
The ideal candidate will be Degree qualified with previous experience working for a large residential developer in Ireland.
