ResponsibilitiesAs a Panel Manager/Coordinator, you will be working onsite at our client's R&D facility in Cork, Ireland. As the first point of contact for our client's R&D team, you will be responsible for panel, project and lab management.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Scheduling of all panels, ensuring a minimum turn-around time of sample results.Panel recruitment, training, performance & maintenance.Creating project research plans including proposed methodologies.Signing off technician's reports and prepare more complex data set/method reports.Collaborating with the client's sensory team on final interpretation/recommendation/report requirements.Coaching & development of panel leaders/technicians, helping them to advance and expand their capabilities.Implementing new sensory methods (incl. training for technicians).Ensuring that our client's Quality Management System requirements are adhered to.Ensuring that panelists stay motivated through performance feedback.Leading initiatives for efficiency and sustainability through participating in the Green Lab Certification process.Candidate ProfileBachelor's or Master's degree in a Sensory-related study program.Deep knowledge of sensory approach and statistics applied to sensory.Strong organizational and project management skills.Confident communicator in English, both spoken and written.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and sensory software.Ability to work in a cross-functional and intercultural environment with multiple stakeholders.Open-minded, easy to connect and creative mindset.Analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to adapt to changes in real-time and meet timelines.Agile mindset and problem-solving attitude.Interested to hear more?
