Liaise with client representatives.
Promptly deal with any client issues or complaints.
Check that all quality related discrepancies are rectified.
Attend client meetings, become actively involved in site procedures, suggest i mprovements, and provide feedback to clients.
Check timesheets, special orders, and site expenditure.
Plan budgets and ensure targets are met.
Conduct risk assessments.
I nvestigate accidents to ensure the safety management system is effective Monitor cleaning activities to obtain data that provides insight into the role and responsibilities of cleaning operatives, and supervisors.
Enhance performance by coaching, counselling, disciplining, planning, monitoring and upskill employee's knowledge of cGMP/GDP standards.
Ensure Employment legislation is adhered to with support from HR.
Use performance management systems, conduct appraisals and reviews and identify and action training requirements of supervisors and staff.
Ensure scheduled training tasks (GMP, SOPs, CBTs, ILCs) are completed on time and in date.
Required Skills & Experience: 1-2 years' experience in a similar management/supervisor role.
Fluent English (both written and verbal).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Hands on approach with the ability to prioritize tasks Excellent attention to detail Computer Literacy Ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative Full flexibility Hours of work: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week - Flexibility is required *It will be necessary to work alternative hours shift patterns or unsociable hours including weekends from time to time.
