Oversee the day-to-day operations on construction sites for renewable energy systems, ensuring that all work adheres to project plans, specifications, and schedules.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while managing site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.Maintain accurate site PSCS documentation and enforce good on-site QEHS practices.Address safety concerns promptly and effectively, managing subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines.Communicate with stakeholders, clients, engineers, and senior management to ensure smooth project execution.Provide technical support to customers and ensure the delivery of the project scope of work (SOW).Assist with any additional duties required by the role.What Skills You Need to be Successful as a Site Manager:2+ years of site management experience in construction.Experience in subcontractor management and scheduling.Knowledge of renewable energy systems such as Solar PV, Wind Turbines, and Biomass Boilers is an advantage.Familiarity with health and safety standards and site safety procedures.Qualifications: Safe pass, manual handling, First Aid, MEWP, Confined Space, Abrasive Wheels, Hot Works, and Working at Heights (others a bonus).Full Clean Driving License required.What's on Offer in this Job as Site Manager:Salary: up to €60,000 depending on experience.Comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for training and professional development.A dynamic and rewarding work environment that promotes career growth.What's NextApply now by clicking the "Apply Now" button or call Matt Jurek on +353 21 461 5741.
