Snr Commercial Manager

Job title: Commercial Lead Are you an aspiring Senior Commercial Manager, currently working in a Commercial role for a construction company?
I am working with a tier one construction company who are seeking a Commercial Lead and a Snr Commercial Manager to support Dublin based projects.
There will also be opportunities for work in Denmark, but this is by no means obligatory.
About the Job: In this role, you will support the Data Centre division of a tier one construction company, responsible for leading the commercial team as well, communicating with stakeholders, managing relationships, managing subcontractors and working between departments to assist with smooth project delivery.
Summarised responsibilities: Leading and managing a commercial team to ensure delivery of key responsibilities, communicating effectively with RCD Promoting commercial awareness around site, monitoring health of project, overseeing Client and Team interface, ensuring delta remains 0 to positive Meeting updates, strategic support, implementing procedures, overseeing cost plans using best techniques, reporting analysed data findings Attend on relevant meeting for updates, plans, and strategic decisions.
