Key Responsibilities: Advocate for and support young individualsAddress trauma and manage challenging behaviorsPromote overall well-being across various aspects of lifeCommunicate effectively with families and external agenciesMaintain accurate and comprehensive recordsEncourage youth participation in decision-makingAttend team and agency meetingsImplement Focus Ireland's policies and procedures Requirements: Degree in Social Care or equivalentProven experience in social care, child protection, key working, and care planningExperience working with marginalized groups, particularly adolescentsFull clean driving licenseAvailability for a 24/7 shift roster, including nights and 12-hour shifts Desirable: Knowledge of Therapeutic Crisis Intervention To Apply: Please send your CV and cover letter to ******.
