We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator to join our team and help elevate the online presence of our hotel.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hospitality, storytelling, and social media marketing.
This role will focus on producing engaging content that showcases all aspects of the hotel.
The goal is to increase brand awareness, attract new guests, and enhance the guest experience through innovative and interactive social media strategies.
Responsibilities will include; Content Creation : Develop, create, and manage high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, stories, blogs, etc.)
across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Showcase all areas of the hotel, through creative and compelling visuals and captions.
Social Media : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a social media content calendar in alignment with the hotel's branding and marketing goals.
Implement strategies to grow the hotel's social media following and increase engagement with the target audience.
Collaborate and engage with teams and influencers to create user-generated content (UGC) that highlights the unique aspects of the hotel.
Track, analyse and report on the performance of social media posts, campaigns, and overall engagement through analytics tools.
Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize content performance.
Assist in executing marketing campaigns and collaborate on email marketing, website content, and digital ads when necessary.
Requirement; Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven experience as a social media content creator Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing software (Adobe Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Experience in managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
with a creative portfolio to showcase.
Ability to stay up to date on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and adapt strategies accordingly.
