Our Conveyancing and Landlord & Tenant Law Department is growing, they are seeking a motivated and experienced Solicitor to join the team!
Were looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience to manage a variety of conveyancing and landlord & tenant law matters.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a full caseload of conveyancing matters, including residential and commercial property transactions.
Advise clients on landlord and tenant law, drafting and reviewing lease agreements, and resolving tenancy disputes.
Provide expert legal advice and solutions tailored to client needs.
Conduct due diligence, prepare legal documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as required.
Maintain accurate records and manage deadlines effectively.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, promoting the firms reputation and securing repeat business.
Requirements: A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in conveyancing and landlord & tenant law.
Qualified solicitor in Ireland with a current practising certificate.
Strong knowledge of property law, tenancy law, and associated legislation.
Proven ability to handle a varied and demanding caseload independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Proficiency in legal technology and case management systems is desirable.
