About the Role: As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of high-quality spa treatments to guests, ensuring they experience relaxation and rejuvenation in a tranquil, luxury setting.
You will uphold the highest standards of service, professionalism, and guest care, contributing to an exceptional spa experience.
Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies, tailored to guest preferences.
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while ensuring each guest feels comfortable and well-cared-for.
Ensure all treatments are performed according to the property's luxury standards.
Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and stocked with necessary products.
Provide guests with advice on aftercare and product recommendations.
Maintain a high level of customer service, handling guest queries and requests promptly.
About You: Qualified in beauty therapy, massage therapy, or a related field.
Previous experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for wellness and helping guests feel their best.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and organization.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
