Job Description
An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Quality Operations Specialist to join our team at our Dunboyne facility. The successful candidate will provide expert technical advice to the Supply Chain Team Lead and staff on the impact of process changes or deviations on product quality. They will offer specialized pharmaceutical knowledge, guiding the team through the resolution of technical issues with a focus on applying critical thinking and expertise to ensure quality and compliance.
What you will do: Bring energy, knowledge, innovation, and influence to carry out the following:
Prioritise and track Supply Chain Quality and compliance deliverables, ensuring timely closure and adherence to site metrics.Support the Supply Chain Team on improving performance to meet both Quality & Compliance standards/posture.Actively participate in Inspections, Deviation Management & QMS activities.Be the Subject Matter Expert within Supply Chain in relation to Quality.What skills you will need: In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, or a science-related field.4 years previous experience within GMP environment such as Quality / Compliance or Supporting Supply Chain or Operations.Excellent command of English, both written and verbal – ability to work within all levels of the organisation from shop floor staff to Site Leadership Team.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, to interface effectively with all levels of colleagues and with external customers in a team-oriented manner.Computer literate with advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel.SAP knowledge is an advantage.Strong analytical and priority management skills.Ability and willingness to keep learning.A team player, who can work autonomously with a flexible approach.Sense of initiative and overall coordination of projects and activities.Employee Status: Regular
