Busy Talent Agency in Central Dublin seeks a Talent Assistant. We are looking for a full-time Assistant to provide administrative support to the agents in our Talent Department together with some front of house duties.
Must be familiar with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Word, and Excel in particular. Any database experience will also be an advantage as we use a cloud-based bespoke database for client management together with WordPress-based customized software for website updates.
This is a very collaborative office, so a team player mentality and a motivation to work hard is key.
Responsibilities: Handling a high volume of emails and callsBuilding client material, including putting together showreels (some basic editing skills using Apple proprietary software are an advantage here)Ensuring client CVs/upcoming performances are up to dateProviding full administrative support to the talent agents and the office as a wholeDiary ManagementWe are committed to diverse, inclusive recruitment, regardless of disability, race, age, colour, national origin, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other basis.
