Corporate Tax Solicitor, Dublin (2 - 4 PQE) Corporate tax solicitor is sought for the Dublin office of this well-established international law firm. You will have between 2-4 years PQE.

Our client has a stand-out tax team and provides tax advice on a global basis. With an impressive series of teams acting across the corporate landscape, the tax team provides highly complex and precision tax advice in structuring a wide range of transactions from private equity to corporate acquisitions and disposals.

You'll be advising domestic and international clients on wide-ranging tax matters, including inward investment, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property exploitation, and tax-efficient financing structures.

You will need to be bright, switched on, and capable of grasping complex tax matters as well as conveying their application in a client-friendly manner.
