Our mission is to provide quality services which enables each person to "Live life to their fullest potential" Key Responsibilities : Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and support a team of care staff in delivering exceptional care to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Person-Centered Care : Ensure all services are delivered in a manner that respects and promotes the dignity, independence, and rights of service users.
Staff Development : Supervise, mentor, and develop team members, conducting regular appraisals and addressing any training needs.
Compliance & Standards : Maintain the highest standards of care in line with relevant legislation, health and safety protocols, and organizational policies.
Care Planning : Oversee the development, implementation, and review of individualized care plans in collaboration with service users, their families, and other professionals.
Communication : Act as a point of contact between staff, service users, families, and external professionals, ensuring effective communication and continuity of care.
Crisis Management : Respond to and manage incidents or emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
Administrative Duties : Manage rota scheduling, staff records, and ensure compliance with reporting and documentation.
