Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader with fluency in German to join our vibrant team.
This role requires you to manage and support a group of dynamic professionals, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service within the organisation.

Team Leader Responsibilities Lead, coach, and inspire a team of business development representatives to meet ambitious targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Stay actively involved in daily operations, responding to client needs and adjusting strategies as required.
Develop a thorough understanding of client products and services, guiding your team to identify and qualify new prospects effectively.
Improve team performance by introducing and refining systems, structures, and processes to increase operational efficiency.
Promote a focused, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
Work closely with client stakeholders to ensure team goals are achieved, overseeing performance management, attendance, and evaluations.
Qualifications and Skills Native or fluent in German, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
At least 2 years of experience managing or coaching teams, preferably in the tech sector.
Proven experience generating qualified opportunities and building self-driven sales pipelines.
Success in a high-energy environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and critical thinking skills.
Proven ability to develop and optimize workflows and processes for greater team efficiency.
Strong customer focus and the ability to inspire and lead a team to excellence.
Self-sufficient, adaptable, and able to make quick decisions while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and relevant technologies.
Familiarity with Salesforce and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
