Who is Sprout?
It started with a tomato.
A freshly picked, organic tomato at Ballymaloe cookery school, when Jack tasted its full flavour punch, it sparked the idea for a locally sourced, seasonal healthy food business and the rest is Sprout.
Co-founded in 2013 by brothers Jack and Theo it, Sprout has moved from making and selling juices out of Avoca in to six sites across Dublin/Kildare and it's own farm (with many more planned!)
At Sprout we are all about the growing, whether that be our food, our business, our teams or ourselves.
Our people are integral to the work we do and showing the world that healthy food does not have to be boring or tasteless.

Well we have very high cleaning standards- so that means we have to get our hands dirty to ensure we have the best looking restaurants.
But anything can be fun if you are working with the right people!
You will need to be 'performance ready' each time you walk onto the line.
You will be making our dishes in front of our customers eyes- you will need to have a good memory to ensure the right ingredients are going into the right dishes.
