We have an exciting opportunity for you to provide technical administration support for our Engineering department.
Collaborate with a team of talented engineers and key stakeholders to ensure the timely completion and accuracy of technical documentation.

Your day-to-day tasks will include: Create, maintain and control key documentation (Drawings in SAP, Inspection Plans, Document transmittal)Support Product master data creation and maintenanceProvide technical administrative support to our engineers in mechanical and electrical functionsLiaise with key stakeholders and recipients of engineering and product dataSupport the audit and creation of Quality and Production technical informationOwnership of the Installation & Operation Manual (IOM) creation processComply with any reasonable management request within the bounds of the terms and conditions of employmentSupport production process & facility development using Grundfos Production System ToolsYour background: Experience working in a technical, engineering or manufacturing role is advantageousExperience of advanced integrated manufacturing systems, i.e.
SAP/MRP is desirableExcellent oral and written communication skillsMethodical approach to documentation, planning & organisationAble to work on their own initiative whilst also being able to work as an effective part of a teamGood with IT and MS Office software packages (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)Why Grundfos?
