This role is essential for coordinating projects, maintaining clear documentation, and ensuring smooth communication within the technical department.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support:  Manage schedules, update reports and presentations.
Update CRM based on daily report tracking.
Project Coordination: Track project milestones, support team members with task follow-ups, and manage project files.
Communication: Act as a communication point between departments, draft internal messages, and distribute meeting agendas and notes.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in data, reports, and documentation, performing audits or quality checks as needed.
Requirements: Experience: 2+ years in an administrative or project support role, ideally in a technical environment.
Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent organisational and communication skills, and attention to detail.
