You will oversee software development projects, managing multi-disciplinary teams to handle project design, estimation, development, testing, and the delivery of high-quality, industry-standard applications.
Key Responsibilities: * Manage the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to final delivery.
* Collaborate closely with Product Management teams to define and design user-friendly, responsive solutions that address customer needs.
* Work effectively in cross-functional teams handling multiple parallel work streams.
* Oversee team performance and foster a collaborative working environment.
* Lead application design meetings, understanding customer needs and agreeing on requirement specifications.
Competencies: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, IT, or Software Development.
* Experience in software development is advantageous.
* Familiarity with SCRUM and Waterfall SDLC methodologies is preferred.
* PMP certification is a plus
