Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, presenting our products and services, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Sales Calls: Contact potential customers from provided leads to sell products and services. Identify customer needs and provide information on product features and benefits. Overcome objections and provide appropriate solutions to close sales. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential new customers and market opportunities. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and networking. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to encourage repeat business. Sales Administration: Record sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system. Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and other sales documents. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and initiatives. Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and areas for improvement. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. Attend training sessions to develop skills and product knowledge. Experience: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role. Experience in agri is preferred. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Skills: Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner. Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs. Sales Skills: Persuasive and confident with strong closing abilities. Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally and positively. Organizational Skills: Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Interpersonal Skills: Good team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals. Qualifications: Leaving Certificate or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
