On behalf of my client, a leading medical and surgical sales and distribution company, we have a new vacancy for a Territory Sales Manager – Orthopaedics in Leinster.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading company whose focus is in developing its people.
About the Role: Lead sales for Orthopaedics, Shoulder and Mitek portfolio.
Develop strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Focus on Leinster region with some travel required.
Responsibilities will include: Achieve sales targets using strategic tactics.
Understand local healthcare market dynamics and competitors.
Stay updated on technical knowledge and regulations.
Engage in marketing activities to support company strategy.
Manage and develop customer relationships to optimize sales.
Provide technical support to healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate territory records and reports.
Skills and Behaviours Required: Experience in medical device or comparable sales.
Degree in life sciences or equivalent.
Strong sales performance record.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Autonomous, analytical, and deadline-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Clean, full driving license.
