Chef de Partie required for The Riverbank Bar, Corcreaghy, Dundalk, Co. LouthThe Riverbank Bar is seeking to hire a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
Full time permanent position.
39 hours per week.
Must have at least 2 years chef de partie experience.Duties and responsibilities will include: •Assisting the head and sous chefs during service.•Food prep before service.•Working starts and main courses.•Helping with the training of new junior level chefs.
