As a Training and Compliance Coordinator, you will assist and support the continuous improvement of practices within the Training and Compliance of our healthcare workers. A main aspect of your role will be to check compliance of our applicants to ensure they are meeting all requirements as well as provide ongoing support for training courses available to our healthcare workers.
Everyday you will… Check all relevant documentation as provided by applicants, ensuring that they meet our compliance requirements.Take inbound and outbound calls to our healthcare workers to discuss compliance and training courses available.Ensure accurate records are kept of workers on our internal databases, updating when necessary.Ensure that our healthcare workers have a positive experience from the outset and throughout; ensuring queries regarding their compliance and training are handled in a timely manner.What's in it for you?
