Summary: The primary purpose of the Continence Care Validation Supervisor role is to lead the Continence Care QE Validation team and support any other QA activities on site as required. The primary Customers include Ballina Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Product Development and Corporate Quality Management and R&D.
Responsibilities: Provide QE support for NPD/change control/feasibility etc. projectsLead Validation Quality Engineering team – Continence CareMentor Continence Care QEs through projects and ensure completion of projects per timelinesPlan resources and timelines for validation lifecycle activities to support NPD/change control projects etc. in collaboration with Continence Care engineeringLead quality improvements in conjunction with Quality ManagerComplete Internal audits per the audit scheduleSupport CAPA systemEssential Functions of the Role: People ManagementProblem Solving and AnalyzingChange managementGoal SettingCommunicating/LeadingProcesses ImprovementWork Experience Requirements: Number of Overall Years Necessary: 5-8Relevant experience in the medical device industry or equivalent regulated industryEducation Requirements: Degree in Engineering/Science Discipline and Quality Engineering Qualification or equivalent
