What you need to know Our client, a well-known plastics manufacturing company in Co. Longford, are seeking Warehouse Operatives to join their growing organisation.
This is a permanent position, on a 12 hr 4-cycle shift pattern, from 8am-8pm.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure safety is maintained at the highest standards, following cGMP and company policy.Maintain and support compliance with ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 system standards.Handle the loading and unloading of incoming and finished goods.Oversee the implementation of procedures related to material receipt, packaging, and the transfer of finished goods to their designated areas.Maintain the integrity of the real-time monitoring system by issuing agreed-upon reports to the supervisor each shift.Ensure proper segregation of waste materials and report any breaches.Verify that the correct materials are used, and address or report discrepancies.Present finished goods to the warehouse in compliance with cGMP and customer-specific requirements.Facilitate a smooth handover of reports to the manager and colleagues on the opposite shift.Ensure material balances are accurately returned from production and logged in the IQMS system.What are we looking for? Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.A full, clean driving license is required.Must be licensed to operate both Counterbalance and High Reach Forklifts.Should have a solid understanding of plastics, medical devices, IQMS requirements, and general warehousing tasks in a busy manufacturing setting.Must be capable of working independently and taking initiative.Ability to identify and report key production and safety issues to the Manager.Must be able to report and resolve system issues.Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills are essential.Apply for this job now by sending in a Word version of your CV or get in touch with Eugene at ****** or alternatively by phone at 0874075822.
