Details of the offer

The Warehouse Department is part of the Supply Chain function with responsibility for the following areas: Receiving, Material handling and storage, issuance of materials to Production / Packaging and shipping and associated documentation.
Responsibilities: Good Organizational skillsAbility to make decisions and work on own initiativeFlexible and adaptable to changeComputer literateMaintain a clean and organized work areaAssist in achieving environmental, health, and safety goals by working safely and observing all general plant and department safety policies.Ensure accurate Receipt of Materials in a timely mannerEnsures that all materials are accurately located and controlled both physically and on SAP.Issuance of material to manufacturing and PackagingShipping of product and non-inventory items in accordance with SOPsComplete area verification in accordance with SOPs and cGMPs (ie returns/staging/fixed bins etc)Perform all assigned duties according to departmental SOP's and cGMP's.Remain current on proper procedures by reviewing current, revised, and new SOP's relating to the job and to the department.Complete and remain current with all required cGMP and safety training.Perform tasks in warehouse that complement the manufacturing and business objectives of the Business units and to provide on-time delivery to customers.Complete all required documentation associated with the supply of materials.Qualifications: Leaving Certificate or equivalent3 years + industry experience within a warehouse environment, pharma/regulated environment preferred.High sense of safety standards within a regulated GMP environment.Experienced computer skills, Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint.Good Knowledge of SAP and Warehouse processes.Good Knowledge of AbbVie Products and processes.Experienced forklift driver.Requirements: Relationship Building: establishing excellent working relationships with all functions within the businessCommunication: excellent communication and presentations skills, both written and oral. Articulate the quality requirements in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.Planning & Organizing: excellent analytical skills. Ability to plan and schedule.Decision Making: identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities whilst providing a viable solution.Adaptability: Able to work in a fast, dynamic, environment whilst being able to adjust readily to meet unexpected constraints.Passion for results: Drive, high energy, maturity, and ability to work under pressure and deliver results; get things done (an action-oriented approach); overcome obstacles.Receptivity to feedback: Receptive to the ideas of others and welcome and accept constructive feedback, display humility where appropriate.
