Job Description Job Description Boost employee morale and engagement through collaborative initiatives Serve as the primary point of contact for employee workplace inquiries and concerns Foster the Wix Dublin culture through programs and activities Collaborate with internal communications to ensure consistent messaging Manage company swag procurement, distribution, and employee gifts Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and office deliveries Liaise with facilities and maintenance to resolve issues quickly Assist in planning and executing team events and wellbeing initiatives Manage administrative tasks related to purchasing and payments Collaborate with various departments on projects and initiatives Complete additional administrative tasks as needed Qualifications 3+ years experience in Workplace Experience or similar roles Proven experience in internal communications and facilities/event management On-site presence at least 4 days per week Supplier management and invoicing expertise Project management skills You have strong interpersonal skills such as communication, collaboration, adaptability and flexibility You are solution-oriented and have experience with conflict management, service orientation and proactive problem-solving You're a team player who can take ownership of a problem, be accountable and work independently Additional Information About the team We are Wix's Site Operations Guild.
