With a plethora of exciting characters and welcoming company culture, they are seeking to add likeminded I.T professionals to their team, beginning with an I.T Helpdesk Engineer. Essentially this is a greenfield site, we are looking to speak to motivated Helpdesk Engineers who are interested in being entirely hands on, working in a fast paced support environment and who aren't afraid to get into the thick of it. Main duties and responsibilities for the I.T support professional:
Ticket based work, acting in a L1-L2 capacity.Dealing with stakeholders on a regular basis.Troubleshooting applications, software, and hardware.Deliver brilliant customer service to resolve any crucial issues that may arise and support any queries any internal or external matters the client may have.Be motivated to follow the roadmap as there is unlimited amount of project work.Fixing legacy/monolithic systems in place and implementing change management frameworks to adhere to new technologies being brought into the business.Qualifications/ experience desired for the next I.T Helpdesk Engineer:
Minimum of 2 year's experience working in a Support/Helpdesk Engineer role.Strong troubleshooting experience.Tech needed: Office 365, Active Directory, Intune, VMWare & Windows.Tech Desired: Azure, PowerShell, Google Workspace, JSuite, Server Administration.Happy to be on site 4/5 days per week.Salary / package for the next I.T Helpdesk Engineer:
